Rivier College

The state of New Hampshire has been regarded as one of the major educational hubs in the United States of America due to its various educational institutions and universities imparting high quality education. Located in the city of Nashua in the Hillsborough County of New Hampshire, Rivier College is one of the best Catholic liberal arts colleges in US.


Established in the year 1933 by the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary , Rivier College has been named after Anne Marie Rivier who was involved in the foundation of the Sisters of the Presentations of Mary . The college was primarily founded in the city of Hudson, which was finally shifted to Nashua in New Hampshire in the year 1941. At present the Rivier College imparts education to about 2,300 pupils. Rivier College is divided into two schools for offering different courses to the students. These schools are-
  • School of Graduate Studies
  • School of Undergraduate Studies





Being a member of the New Hampshire College and University Council any student can go for registration for transfer credit at any of the colleges which are enlisted as a member of the New Hampshire College and University Council .

The students of Rivier College are always contended with the courses and methods of education offered here. Rivier College even comes with a number of activities and clubs. There has been an increasing tendency among the students in Rivier College to take active participation in the various club activities. The most popular course offered in Rivier College seems to be education, followed by nursing. In the year 2006, almost 30 % of the undergraduate students enrolled to avail education major.
